I can see the finish line! One more week and this challenge will be over!!!
I am not a big fan of the Wednesday workout this phase, but it is what it is. Triple Double means you do three sets at each cardio station and then when you're so exhausted you want to collapse, they tell you to do it all over again. But, I sure worked up a sweat last time!
The gym owner told me that my perception is correct- Phase 4 is indeed tougher than the previous phases. But she told me that this is the last phase for whatever focus this is (she couldn't remember what it was called off the top of her head) and then next month will be a new Phase 1 with a different focus. That works for me!
I did:
- 51 minutes of walking and 40 minutes at F45 for a total of 91 active minutes. Today was not fun cardio!
- drank 3 litres of water
- did my dental care
- 15 minutes of Spanish on Duolingo.
